I ordered a plant for a family member whose Mother passed away. I am in another state and never liked ordering flowers from a 1800 num. So I always seek out a local florist in the area of where I want to send. It’s a gamble I know but I prefer a personal touch.
I have to say I was beyond pleased with the plant that arrived. I was sent pictures and it was/is absolutely beautiful!! The recipient loves it and it arrived on a day
that she really needed a pick me up.

We try to meet all request but these are unusual times. Our industry has been rocked just like the rest of the country. Lack of manpower, logistic nightmares as many vendors are unable to get the products needed which causes delays as you now have to find new avenues to accommodate our customers creating additional delays on top of staff shortages. During these times its best to call the shop if you need something delivered with a specific time. Follow up your web order with a phone call. Thank you for your comments and the opportunity to be of service.

Hello Sandra We at Tollivers Florist stand behind all products sent out of our shop. We spoke with the sender unaware of a problem having received a pic of arrangement and all was well. We were actually informed by a long term customer who follows the shop on social media and aware of our policy. Any product failing within five days or less is replaced without question. Just pick up the phone and give us a call. It take less effort than typing. Products are inspected upon arrival and doing usage for quality. Some things cannot be detected by the eye, replacements within 24hrs of call.

Unfortunately in your case those who ordered flowers days in advance were done first. Your order did not make it out on Friday but was ready to go first thing Saturday. It was regrettable you were unable to get thru Saturday because of high volume of incoming calls. Thus the disclaimer all orders made on the day of Mothers Day or before cannot be guaranteed due to high volume. We wish you would have had a better experience. However your experience prompted the addition of an answering service to go online by the 26th. Hopefully this will lessen the odds of someone not getting thru.

Sorry your order did not arrive when you anticipated. However due to the pandemic all customers are called prior to the delivery to confirm someone is available as they are instructed to leave on the porch. As noted on paperwork she was spoken too and was not at home at the time driver called so he continued, placing her on the end of his run. Though he was made aware someone was present. In future if early delivery is desired note it within the special instruction box. We will attempt to comply. Only funeral work has guaranteed times. We thank you for the opportunity to have been of service.

We do make mistakes but we are human however failing to provide, time of service, name of church, funeral home or placing necessary information in the correct format will cause delays and failures to occur. Sometimes ownership is a heard thing to accept. Help us to help you by providing all necessary information we cannot always chase down information. Also proof read your order before sending it off. Provide a working phone that will be answered. Getting orders out on a timely basis is a two way street. Thank you for your response and we will double our efforts when screening orders.

Back of vase was bare of flowers, also no where near the online pix. There were numerous white/green daisies in the delivered product not viewed on ordering pix. This was a sympathy gift and daisies were a favorite of my Mom's recent passing of sister and not appreciated. I did note website disclaimer but thought product would be somewhat similar and QUALITY of shown product on line. Definitely not worth the price for flowers delivered.

We researched your order most of the flower in this order should have been lilies, roses, gerbers and a few yellow daisies. Neither the description of what your received or expected comply with whats shown on the order. Never had an epic failure of the likes of this. Only explanation possible is the wrong formula was used. Nothing goes out that requires more than 20% substitution which is how we keep our performance rated high. We are disappointed you were not happy with your order and urge all customers to contact us within 72 hrs when an order goes array so it can be replaced.

Ordered online since I am not local and I chose an arrangement from the photos. While ordering I chose the $60.00 version and there was a delivery fee of $8.00. The delivery spot was less than a 1/2 mile from the shop but I brushed it off. When I came time to check out there was an additional service fee of $5.00. I'm not sure what that is for. I did see a picture of the flowers delivered and they were beyond my expectations. VERY BEAUTIFUL and worth the $$$. Was not considering using them again due to all the fees but once I saw the product I would order from them again.

Easy to deal with on the phone, especially since I know nothing about flowers. They created a beautiful, colorful arrangement from the little help I could provide...just excellent. Even spray-painted some leaves gold per my request, since my wife loves gold. Only complaint was that I specified the order to be delivered on a Friday, since my wife was out of the office, but they were actually delivered 2 days early. Not a huge deal, but worth noting.

The flowers were very expensive for not a huge bundle. There was a lot of fill in the flowers too; not a lot of daisies. I would have also liked to see online the three sizes compared to each other. I think that would have helped me decided which one I liked better. I was just guessing what would work.

Original order was shown at 50.00 you choose a price point of 45.00. The order called for gerber daises and filled at the value of 50.00. We always try to exceed the expectations of our customers. Presently we do not have the ability to show size comparisons and until now never had an issue. My parents just moved into a senior living community, so I sent flowers to my Mom to welcome her to her new home. She was thrilled - the flowers were gorgeous! And because they were delivered to the front desk, other ladies saw them and they were great conversation starter so my Mom could meet other people. I will be using Tollivers again!
